Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We ship from Sydney to Australia and the United Kingdom.
Australia
- Free tracked shipping. Usually 4–7 business days. Regional and remote areas may take a little longer.
- Express ($15). 2–4 business days.
United Kingdom
- Standard (£29.95). Approximately 5–10 business days.
- Express (£39.95). Approximately 3–7 business days.
Dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Lost or damaged parcels. Email support@letapecycliste.com within 7 days of your delivery date and we'll work with our courier to resolve it.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If your order is not delivered within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a remedy, including a refund or replacement. These rights apply in addition to any shipping guarantees we provide.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes.
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom are sent using the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) method. This means all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are included in your order total. You will not be required to pay any additional customs or import charges upon delivery.
While we work to ensure a smooth delivery process, occasional delays due to customs inspections or clearance procedures may occur and are outside of our control.
